[gitpop]: So you’ve got your first full-length coming out, and you’ve got sold out dates coming the wazoo …

Greg: Yeah, we’re really glad people still want to see us.

[gitpop]: … You’ve actually got to the point where you’ve got a publicist who also handles Foo Fighters and Radiohead. How are you coping with the stress?

Greg: I don’t know, it hasn’t been quite as stressful, yet. It’s all just starting off right now. We had the first break we’ve actually had in two years over Christmas holidays, so we’re well rested and we’re excited to just go out there and play the album for as many people as will listen to it. We’re just excited to see what will happen with this album as anyone else is. We’re just glad that it’s finally out now; we’ve written it, recorded it and it’s kind of out of our hands. If people like it, then I guess it’ll take off, and if not we’ll head back to the drawing board and try again.

[gitpop]: I’m fairly optimistic for you. It seems like there’s a massive hype going on right now, but I think you’ll live up to it.

Greg: We hope so; we’re very proud of the record. We feel we made the record that we set out to create initially. We’re excited to see what people think of it.

[gitpop]: I don’t want to keep you from getting dressed too long, but I just wanted to know if you yourself have any direct input into Graham’s bathroom blog, or whether that’s solely his domain.

Greg: No, the bathroom blog is all Graham’s thing. I mean, I’ve been in bathrooms that he’s blogged about, and I can say that I agree with most of it. We’ve had similar experiences.

[gitpop]: So it’s sort of a consensus thing but it’s pretty much his?

Greg: Yeah, pretty much. None of us edit it or add our own things. If I have an opinion, maybe I’ll come in and he can give me an old five note, but that’s all his right there.
